Join us Saturday, March 16, at Western Nevada College in Carson City. We will be discussing what it takes to be a new homeowner, move into a better home and answer any questions you may have regarding the process. Topics include how to get a home loan with less than perfect credit, even bankruptcy, foreclosure or short sale.
Learn about Down Payment assistance programs, and help with getting your credit in tip top shape. We will have 1 on 1 sessions with local industry professionals, drinks and snacks.
The class in Spanish will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the class in English is from 1 to 3 p.m.
